Every person is different. That is why every plan is tailored to your body, lifestyle, and health history—not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

We support patients in New York with both in-person and online consultations, so you can get care in the way that feels safest and most convenient for you.

FAQ: Pain Management & Acupuncture

How fast will I feel pain relief?

Many women feel a change after their first visit. For long-term relief, it usually takes a few sessions as your body begins to heal more deeply.

How many sessions do I need?

Every person is different. We often suggest starting with one session a week for 4 to 6 weeks to see the best results for chronic pain.

Can I use acupuncture with other treatments?

Yes. Acupuncture works very well alongside physical therapy or medication. It helps your body recover faster and can even make your other treatments work better.

What happens during the first visit?

We will talk about your health and where you feel pain. Then, you will have a bridge treatment with very thin needles while you relax in a quiet room.

Does acupuncture hurt?

Most people feel only a tiny pinch or nothing at all. The needles are much thinner than the ones used for shots. Most of our patients find the treatment very peaceful.
